"Hello, my name is Bro. Allen. I love the Lord and have a tremendous passion for ministry. I have dedicated my life to preaching the Gospel — serving as the minister of four congregations and as a staff member of two Biblical Institutes."

For more than thirty years, Bro. Allen has allowed God's wisdom to guide his passion for preaching, teaching, writing Bible study material, and designing curriculum, syllabuses, study guides, and PowerPoint presentations for congregations across the brotherhood.

Before entering full-time ministry, he served his country in the United States Air Force Reserve from 1984 to 1990, stationed in San Antonio, Texas and Denver, Colorado.

Today, Secure Our Souls gathers a lifetime of that ministry into one place — so that every seeker, every saint, and every congregation can find Scripture-rooted help in the moment of need.

"Ministry is both my reason for living and my passion for serving."
— Bro. Allen

The Symbol of the Ministry

Every element of the emblem points to Christ:

  • The Anchor

Hope as the anchor of the soul — sure and steadfast (Hebrews 6:19).

  • The Flame

The light of God's Word, a lamp to our feet (Psalm 119:105).

  • The Crown

Faithful unto death — the promised crown of life (Revelation 2:10).

  • The Drop

The blood of Christ — by which our souls are secured.

"Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast."
— Hebrews 6:19
